Punta Arabí — the original Ibiza hippy market, running every Wednesday since 1973 in Es Canar (east coast). 400 stalls, free entry, the most authentic flea-market vibe left on the island.

Practical

Wednesdays only, 10:00–19:00, May–October. Free entry. Parking 5 € (busy from 11:00). Bus 16 from Santa Eulalia (2 €, 15 min) or bus 13 from Ibiza town (3.50 €, 35 min).

What to buy

Handmade leather sandals (25–60 €), Adlib-style white dresses (40–120 €), silver jewellery, ceramics, incense, vintage Ibiza prints. Bargain politely — 10–15 % off is normal, not 50 %.

Food & music

Live music stage from 12:00 (folk, reggae, flamenco fusion). Food courts: paella 12 €, vegan bowls 10 €, smoothies 6 €. Restaurant Anita's across the street since 1960 — local lunch, 25 €/pax.

Tips

Go before 12:00 (cooler, less crowded). Cash useful (some stalls no card, ATM on site). Combine with Es Canar beach (5 min walk). Pair with Las Dalias night market (Saturday in San Carlos, 5 min drive).
