Palma Cathedral (La Seu) is Mallorca's gothic masterpiece — 121 m long, on the seafront, with the world's largest rose window (12.5 m) and a Gaudí intervention.
The Gaudí touch
Between 1904-1914 Antoni Gaudí restored the interior — moved the choir, added the famous wrought-iron canopy over the altar and modernist lighting. A unique fusion of gothic and modernism.
The magic 8 light show
On 2 February and 11 November at 08:00, the sun aligns through the east rose window and projects its colors onto the wall below the west rose window, forming a perfect figure 8. Free entry that morning, arrive 7:00 in February (huge crowds).

10 € adult (includes Cathedral Museum). 9 € for the terraces (separate ticket, climb 215 steps for rooftop views — book online, limited slots). Open Mon-Fri 10:00-18:15, Sat 10:00-14:15. Closed Sundays.

Parc de la Mar paid lot 5 €/4h, 5 min walk.
