Ancient Thera hike
From Perissa, 1 h 15 hike up Mesa Vouno to the ruins of Ancient Thera (9th c. BC, free, open 8:00-15:30, closed Tuesdays) — 360° views over Perissa and Kamari.
Parking & access
Free parking behind the promenade. 25 min by bus from Fira (2 €) or 15 min by car. Quieter than Kamari and half the price.
