Es Castell et Cales Fonts Minorque 2027
Es Castell est la ville construite par les Britanniques à l'entrée du port de Mahon — et Cales Fonts, sa minuscule crique parfaite, est le plus joli endroit de Minorque pour dîner au bord de l'eau.
La ville
Fondée en 1771 comme Georgetown par les Britanniques, plan en damier strict, place centrale (Plaça Esplanada, musée militaire 4 €), maisons coloniales pastel. 5 min à l'est de Mahon, 10 min de l'aéroport MAH.
Quai de Cales Fonts
Minuscule crique en U avec 15 restaurants au bord de l'eau — les tables touchent la rambarde du port, bateaux de pêche amarrés à vos pieds, le coucher de soleil sur le port s'illumine à 21h en été. Le moment dîner minorquin.
